The low profile design and thin walls reduce cycle times to as short as 25 minutes for a standard PCR reaction. The ultra-clear wells produce optimal signal intensity and feature 200μl working volume. PCR results in 25 minutes when used with the ABI 9800. Real-Time PCR results in 40 minutes when used with the ABI 7500.
