SealPlate? RollMate™ is simply SealPlate film in a convenient, easy to use roll format. It comes 500 pre-socred films on a single roll with selfstanding, non-slip supports that hold the roll in place for easy dispensing. This makes the RollMate an economical and efficient way to rapidly seal microplates; much faster than applying single sheeted film. Roll tension can be adjusted to user preference (e.g. loose, tight).
SealPlate? 50μm polyester films minimize evaporation, prevent spillage and contamination between wells, and provide a secure seal, not just a cover. Secure sealing of all wells eliminates “edge effects” in sensitive ELISA assays. SealPlate? films can also be used with tissue-culture plates for short-term storage, incubation, and containment of biohazards. SealPlate? films are non-pierceable. Each film measures 3.125 x 5.75 inches.
