Prometheus™ ProSignal™ Dura chemiluminescent substrate is an enhanced chemiluminescent (ECL) HRP substrate with superior sensitivity for quantitative detection of low abundance proteins. It was specially formulated for CCD imaging, but also provides high performance film detection. ProSignal™ Dura is capable of detecting low femtogram levels of protein per band and offers a 10+ hour extended signal duration, extremely low background and the largest, useful dynamic range of any substrate.
