JS-4.3 Swinging-Bucket Rotor, Anodized Aluminum. Four-place rotor with anodized aluminum buckets designed for use with modular disk adapters to accommodate a variety of tubes (as indicated in the chart below) and other adapters and blood bag cups. Can be used with Beckman Coulter Aerosolve Canisters which are designed to provide added protection from aerosols. Rotor buckets are interchangeable with microplate carriers. Major applications: Rapid sedimentation of protein precipitates, large particles, cells, and cell debris. It can be used for binding studies and separating serum from whole blood. For use in Avanti J-26 XP Series and J-HC centrifuges.
