The 311D high performance incubator features a broad temperature range and a digital microprocessor for precise temperature control. Temperature is easily set using the membrane keypad and displayed digitally. Heating can be set to gravity convection or mechanical convection for more rapid temperature change and better uniformity. An independent safety thermostat protects the incubator and its contents in the event of a primary controller failure. Opening the outer door turns on the interior light and the inner glass door allows samples to be visualized without disrupting the temperature controlled environment. This model includes an interior electrical outlet and comes complete with two adjustable stainless steel shelves.
