The vial stacking plates are made of RPET, which have a recycling resin code of “1” and can therefore be readily incorporated into any recycling program. The reload system can be used in conjunction with the specially designed Flystuff reload trays (59-207) or whatever 10 x 10 standard tray you are currently using. This reload system includes narrow polystyrene shell vials. Polystyrene vials offer glass-like clarity for excellent visibility. These vials are a safe and cost-saving alternative to glass vials. Polystyrene vials are not autoclavable. These culture vials feature a straight walled design that allows for easy plugging and filling providing the ultimate efficiency for every Drosophila lab.
